Cuatro grupos de cuatro equipos competirán, y los dos mejores de cada grupo avanzarán a los cuartos de final, seguidos por las semifinales y la gran final. Además, se incluirán clásicos inter-series para agregar emoción.
El campeón de la Copa Paceña obtendrá el cupo de Bolivia 1 para la Copa Libertadores de América, añadiendo un aliciente adicional a la competición. La colaboración con Tigo Sports asegura la transmisión del torneo en todo el país.

The 2024 Paceña Cup marks a new chapter in Bolivian football, seeking to revitalize the fans’ love for this sport rooted in the country’s culture. The competition, formerly known as the Apertura Tournament of the Bolivian Professional Soccer Division, now adopts the name Paceña Cup, supported by Cervecería Boliviana Nacional (CBN).
With a serial format, the tournament began on February 16th with a match between Always Ready and Universitario de Vinto, and it will last until May. Four groups of four teams will compete, with the top two in each group moving to the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and grand final.
